【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesthemaincharacteristicsofthevoltageatthecustomer'ssupplyterminalsinpubliclowvoltageandmediumvoltageelectricitydistributionsystemsundernormaloperatingconditions.Thisstandardgivesthelimitsorvalueswithinwhichanycustomercanexpectthevoltagecharacteristicstoremain,anddoesnotdescribethetypicalsituationforacustomerconnectedtoapublicsupplynetwork.NOTE:Forthedefinitionsoflowandmediumvoltagesee1.3.7and1.3.8.Thestandarddoesnotapplyunderabnormaloperatingconditionsincludingthefollowing:-conditionsarisingasaresultofafaultoratemporarysupplyarrangementadoptedtokeepcustomerssuppliedduringmaintenanceandconstructionworkortominimizetheextentanddurationofalossofsupply,-incaseofnon-complianceofacustomer'sinstallationorequipmentwiththerelevantstandardsorwiththetechnicalrequirementsforconnectionofloads,establishedeitherbythepublicauthoritiesortheelectricitysupplierincludingthelimitsfortheemissionofconducteddisturbances,-incaseofnon-complianceofagenerationinstallationwiththerelevantstandardsorwiththetechnicalrequirementsforinterconnectionwithanelectricitydistributionsystemestablishedeitherbythepublicauthoritiesortheelectricitysupplier(e.g.embeddedgeneration),-inexceptionalsituationsoutsidetheelectricitysupplier'scontrol,inparticular,·exceptionalweatherconditionsandothernaturaldisasters,·thirdpartyinterference,·actsbypublicauthorities,·industrialactions(subjecttolegalrequirements),·forcemajeure,·powershortagesresultingfromexternalevents.Thevoltagecharacteristicsgiveninthisstandardarenotintendedtobeusedaselectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)levelsoruseremissionlimitsforconducteddisturbancesinpublicdistributionsystems.Thevoltagecharacteristicsgiveninthisstandardarenotintendedtobeusedtospecifyrequirementsinequipmentproductstandards,butshouldbeconsidered.Itshouldbeespeciallynotedthattheperformanceofequipmentmightbeimpairedifitissubjectedtosupplyconditionswhicharenottakenintoaccountintheequipmentproductstandard.Thisstandardmaybesupersededintotalorinpartbythetermsofacontractbetweentheindividualcustomerandtheelectricitysupplier.
