【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversseamless,straight-seamwelded,andheavilycoldworkedweldedausteniticstainlesssteelpipeintendedforhigh-temperatureandgeneralcorrosiveservice.Note1&8212;Whentheimpacttestcriterionforalow-temperatureservicewouldbe15ft-lbf[20J]energyabsorptionor15mils[0.38mm]lateralexpansion,someoftheausteniticstainlesssteelgradescoveredbythisspecificationareacceptedbycertainpressurevesselorpipingcodeswithoutthenecessityofmakingtheactualtest.Forexample,GradesTP304,TP304L,andTP347areacceptedbytheASMEPressureVesselCode,SectionVIIIDivision1,andbytheChemicalPlantandRefineryPipingCode,ANSIB31.3,forserviceattemperaturesaslowas-425?F[-250?C]withoutqualificationbyimpacttests.OtherAISIstainlesssteelgradesareusuallyacceptedforservicetemperaturesaslowas-325?F[-200?C]withoutimpacttesting.Impacttestingmay,undercertaincircumstances,berequired.Forexample,materialswithchromiumornickelcontentoutsidetheAISIranges,andformaterialwithcarboncontentexceeding0.10%,arerequiredtobeimpacttestedundertherulesofASMESectionVIIIDivision1whenservicetemperaturesarelowerthan-50?F[-45?C].GradesTP304H,TP309H,TP309HCb,TP310H,TP310HCb,TP316H,TP321H,TP347H,andTP348HaremodificationsofGradesTP304,TP309Cb,TP309S,TP310Cb,TP310S,TP316,TP321,TP347,andTP348,andareintendedforhigh-temperatureservice.Optionalsupplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforpipewhereagreaterdegreeoftestingisdesired.Thesesupplementaryrequirementscallforadditionalteststobemadeand,whendesired,oneormoreofthesemaybespecifiedintheorder.TableX1.1liststhestandardizeddimensionsofweldedandseamlessstainlesssteelpipeasshowninANSIB36.19.Thesedimensionsarealsoapplicabletoheavilycoldworkedpipe.Pipehavingotherdimensionsmaybefurnishedprovidedsuchpipecomplieswithallotherrequirementsofthisspecification.GradesTP321andTP321Hhavelowerstrengthrequirementsforpipemanufacturedbytheseamlessprocessinnominalwallthicknessesgreaterthan3/8in.[9.5mm].Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Theinch-poundunitsshallapplyunlessthe"M"designationofthisspecificationisspecifiedintheorder.Note2&8212;ThedimensionlessdesignatorNPS(nominalpipesize)hasbeensubstitutedinthisstandardforsuchtraditionaltermsas"nominaldiameter,""size,"and"nominalsize."
