【摘要】:Themajorobjectiveofthispracticeistoprovideacommonreferencedocumentforbothapplicantsandcertificationauthoritiesontheacceptedpracticesforaccomplishingpackagethermalqualification.Detailsandmethodsforaccomplishingqualificationaredescribedinthisdocumentinmorespecificdetailthanavailableintheregulations.Methodsthathavebeenshownbyexperiencetoleadtosuccessfulqualificationareemphasized.Possibleproblemsandpitfallsthatleadtounsatisfactoryresultsarealsodescribed.Theworkdescribedinthisstandardpracticeshallbedoneunderaqualityassuranceprogramthatisacceptedbytheregulatoryauthoritythatcertifiesthepackageforuse.ForpackagescertifiedintheUnitedStates,ASMENQA-1shallbeusedasthebasisforthequalityassurance(QA)program,whileforinternationalcertification,ISO9000usuallydefinestheappropriateprogram.Notethat10CFR71,SubpartHoutlinesQArequirementsfortransportationpackagesqualifiedintheU.S.Thequalityassuranceprogramshallbeinplaceandfunctioningpriortosubmittalofanyinformationtothecertifyingauthority.Theunitsystem(SImetricorEnglish)usedforthermalqualificationshallbeagreeduponpriortosubmissionofinformationtothecertificationauthority.IfSIunitsaretobestandard,thenuseIEEE/ASTMSI-10.Additionalunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationpurposesonly.1.1Thispracticedefinesdetailedmethodsforthermalqualificationof"TypeB"radioactivematerialspackagesunderTitle10,CodeofFederalRegulations,Part71(10CFR71)intheUnitedStatesor,underInternationalAtomicEnergyAgencyRegulationTS-R-1.Undertheseregulations,packagestransportingwhataredesignatedtobeTypeBquantitiesofradioactivematerialshallbedemonstratedtobecapableofwithstandingasequenceofhypotheticalaccidentswithoutsignificantreleaseofcontents.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.

【摘要】:ISO28199specifiesamethodfortheevaluationofcoatingmaterialsinresearch,developmentandproductionwithregardtotheirsuitabilityandsafetyforindustrialprocesses,anderroranalysis.Thepropertiesofcoatingmaterialsandcoatingstobeevaluateddependonthefilmthickness.Forthispurpose,acoatingsystemofincreasingthicknesswillbeappliedtoatestpanelunderdefinedconditions.Thefollowingcharacteristicsaremeasured(inthispartofISO28199):-filmthicknessinaccordancewithISO2808;-surfacetexture;-colourinaccordancewithISO7724(allparts).Incombinationwithvisualassessment,thefollowingpropertiesaredetermined:-colourstability,processhidingpower,re-dissolving,oversprayabsorption,wetting,surfacetextureandmottling(ISO28199-2);-tendencytosagging,formationofbubbles,pinholing,hidingpower(ISO28199-3).ThispartofISO28199definestermsrelatingtotheevaluationofcoatingmaterialsinresearch,developmentandproductionwithregardtotheirsuitabilityandsafetyforindustrialprocessesanderroranalysis.ThispartofISO28199specifiesmethodsforthepreparationoftestpanelsandthesubsequentmeasurementoffilmthickness,colourandsurfacetexture.
