【摘要】:ThispartofISO13628isapplicabletodesign,fabrication,testing,installationandoperationofsubseaproductioncontrolsystems.ThispartofISO13628coverssurfacecontrolsystemequipment,subsea-installedcontrolsystemequipmentandcontrolfluids.Thisequipmentisutilizedforcontrolofsubseaproductionofoilandgasandforsubseawaterandgasinjectionservices.Whereapplicable,thispartofISO13628canbeusedforequipmentonmultiple-wellapplications.ThispartofISO13628establishesdesignstandardsforsystems,subsystems,componentsandoperatingfluidsinordertoprovideforthesafeandfunctionalcontrolofsubseaproductionequipment.ThispartofISO13628containsvarioustypesofinformationrelatedtosubseaproductioncontrolsystems.Theyare?informativedatathatprovideanoverviewofthearchitectureandgeneralfunctionalityofcontrolsystemsforthepurposeofintroductionandinformation;?basicprescriptivedatathatshallbeadheredtobyalltypesofcontrolsystem;?selectiveprescriptivedatathatarecontrol-system-typesensitiveandshallbeadheredtoonlywhentheyarerelevant;?optionaldataorrequirementsthatneedbeadoptedonlywhenconsiderednecessaryeitherbythepurchaserorthevendor.Inviewofthediversenatureofthedataprovided,controlsystempurchasersandspecifiersareadvisedtoselectfromthispartofISO13628onlytheprovisionsneededfortheapplicationathand.Failuretoadoptaselectiveapproachtotheprovisionscontainedhereincanleadtooverspecificationandhigherpurchasecosts.ReworkandrepairofusedequipmentarebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO13628.

为了规范特种设备事故调查处理程序与方法，吸取事故教训，研究事故发生规律，防止和减少事故发生，根据国务院《特种设备安全监察条例》和国家质检总局《特种设备事故报告和调查处理规定》，制定本导则。
